COMPASS TRAVEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICES OR CONTINUANCE OF TRAVEL SERVICES TO ANY CUSTOMER WHO IS ABUSIVE IN ANY MANNER OR UNCIVIL TO OUR EMPLOYEES, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS OR SUPPLIERS REGARDLESS OF REASON OR FAULT BY ANY PARTY WHATSOEVER.

This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Compass Travel, and/or it's various third party providers and distributors. Third party providers own much of the content found on this site. None of the content or data that is found on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of Compass Travel, and/or its third party providers.

You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

When you reserve or purchase travel services through Compass Travel, we provide information about you to the airline, car rental agency, hotel, travel agency or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. We also use information you provide during registration or as part of the reservation process to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs and to make product improvements to About Family Travel.

All bookings are subject to availability, surcharges, and minimum stay requirements. Holiday blackout dates may also apply. Prices are subject to change without notice. Restrictions and cancellation and change penalties apply depending on the tour or cruise operator or supplier. Purchases are non-refundable, unless supplier cancellation policies apply.

Compass Travel bookings require at least 14 business days prior to departure to insure document delivery.

This travel service acts only as a consultant in all matters connected with the making, securing of reservations for transportation, accommodations, tours and/or arrangements for the retail clients of this company and for various disclosed and contractors in the form of airlines, ship lines, tour wholesalers, services, and owners or contractors providing accommodations, and/or other services, hereinafter referred to as "suppliers" or "vendors".

This travel service does not own, manage, or control any company, tour or sightseeing company or any service that would fit in the classification of "supplier" or "vendor". As a business, all, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by this travel and/or other "suppliers" or "vendors" are subject to any and all tariffs as well as the and conditions specified by each "supplier" or "vendor". The acceptance of such vouchers, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets shall be deemed to be to the foregoing conditions and also to the further conditions that neither travel service nor any of its representatives shall be or become liable or for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property or otherwise in with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting or indirectly from any acts of God, including but not limited to dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of or other authorities, dejure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations; and defaults, delays or of or changes in itinerary, routing or schedules from any cause the control of this travel service; or any loss or damage resulting from or improperly issued passports, visas or other documents. This travel service is not responsible or liable for any negligent acts or defaults or any other person, company or corporation not directly under its control. In the case of air, ship, rail, automobile, or other form of transportation, the passenger contract in use by the provider of such transportation, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and such airline, ship line, railroad, car rental, or other company.

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, United States of America. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jackson County, in the state of Oregon, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of the site and this Agreement.

Compass Travel accepts payment on behalf of "suppliers" or "vendors". Most of these suppliers or vendors will accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Should a particular vendor not accept one of these cards, our agents will advise you. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Travel documents can only be sent to the cardholder's billing address. The cardholder's billing address will be verified prior to processing payment. (The address is the address where the issuing bank sends the statements.) If the address can not be verified, we will be unable to continue with the reservation. Please be advised that if your billing address is outside of the United States, we may not be able to verify your address. At this time, the only credit card that will allow verification of an international address is American Express.

Compass Travel does not accept cash. Personal Checks will be accepted on a case by case basis if time allows. Cashier's checks may be accepted if time allows. Please ask one of our agents for details.

Compass Travel offers services and programs from many parts of the world. The Website may refer to certain services or programs that are not available worldwide, without specifically limiting the offers as such. Such reference does not imply that Compass Travel intends to offer such service or programs in all countries or locations.

THE SERVICES, MATERIALS AND INFORMATION YOU FIND ON THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
